Our Approach |
| Trust and confidence in our abilities leads many lenders and business advisors to choose New Care Solutions to improve the operational and business performance of Care Homes. We provide a complete Home Management package tailored to the client’s requirements offering peace of mind that all operational management is in control and taken care of by professionals whilst being kept informed throughout. We can manage any size Home, from small Residential Homes through to large Nursing units of 80 beds and upwards.
After an initial meeting to discuss the Home, its issues and its requirements we then go on to evaluate the situation, identifying required services with regards to financial limitations and time frames. A strategy is then formulated, tailored specifically to the requirements of the Home including a schedule, list of services, priorities, fees and the contract.
We are often relied upon to review the marketing and trading opportunities presented by the Home in question. Frequently a medium term strategy is chosen which aims to stabilise, upgrade and market the Home to optimum occupancy, depending on facilities, amenities and the local Registration Authorities. See Service section for more information.
